Skills Development
(8-11 year olds)

Our Skill Development Program is geared towards developing and fine tuning the fundamentals necessary to perform at the highest level in competition. Focused on growing in speed, agility, explosiveness, and foundational mechanics.

Competitive Teams

We strive to embody sportsmanship, a competitive spirit, and excellence on and off the field.  Our competitive teams receive all the training above and participate in league play as well as local tournaments and traveling competitions. 

​

A few of our achievements over the years:

  • 4 time regional competitors

  • ​One time Chiefs flag football champions

  • Chosen by the Chiefs to represent them at the NFL Pro Bowl Flag Nationals

  • Runner up to Chief's representatives at the top 32 National Team invite

  • One of our players, handpicked by Team USA to represent America in flag football 15u

Skills & Specialized strength Training
(12-16 years old)

This program is the next tier of our Skills Development Program. Not only do we train our athletes in honing their fundamentals and perfecting proper technique but we also focus on strength building in weekly sport specific workouts. Too often, youth athletes are trained as adults and are prone to unnecessary injury. We focus on safe and effective strength and speed straining methods to bring about the greatest results.

Weekly Sport Specific Practices

We have excellent trainers on staff and bring in some of the very best professionals from diverse backgrounds in our local community. We prioritize a well-rounded approach, including both male and female mentors, to reinforce the idea that valuable lessons can be gleaned from a wide array of experiences. These sessions are designed to hone their athletic skills and instill a deep understanding of the game.

Weekly athletic development
workouts

Unlike many coaches and trainers who focus on short-term gains, at the cost of a youth long term potential, our approach is rooted in the latest training techniques that prioritize long-term physical health and development. We protect their bodies and futures by imparting knowledge that extends beyond the immediate season.

Weekly games & game prep

These games provide valuable in-game experience and opportunities for our athletes to apply what they've learned in practice. Also giving them opportunities to fail and grow under the pressure games provide. Just before games, we conduct a focused practice session to prepare the team mentally and physically for competition.

5-7 Annual tournaments

Throughout the year, we expose our athletes to a higher level of competition through participation in bigger tournaments. These experiences broaden their horizons beyond their local environment and inspire them to set their sights higher.

Character, values,& Leadership
Training

We believe in developing the whole person, which is why we seamlessly integrate character, values, and leadership training into all our activities. Also taking full sessions to talk through and impart these valuable lessons.

Family involvement

We understand the vital role families play in a child's development. We actively engage with families to identify their aspirations for their child and provide avenues for them to actively participate in their child's growth journey. This holistic approach strengthens not only the individual player but also the family unit as a whole.

"I injured my shoulder playing tackle and thought that my future in football was over. But Coach CJ helped me rehab my shoulder and started training me a s a QB in flag football. I have since been training with KC Panthers Development for the last 2 years. Because of the training and mentorship I received, I was inspired to set a goal to get on the US National flag football team. Now, after a year of training and developing under Coach CJ, I was one of 30 kids in the nation, invited to try out for the National team, and I ended up making it on the team. It was crazy to see my goal achieved! From the training I received with KC Panthers Development concerning technique to sportsmanship, to my confidence and physical strength, I felt fully prepared to be there and give it my all.
